I am a 34-year-old woman. I have a job, a family that cares about me, and a routine that looks normal from the outside. But inside, I feel lost. I don’t know what I am meant to do in life. I don’t feel passionate about anything. Every day feels repetitive and meaningless. I look at others who have dreams, passions, and clear goals, and I wonder why I do not feel that way. I am afraid I will live my whole life without ever discovering why I was born. What is my purpose? Why am I here? And how do I find meaning when I feel emotionally numb?
