Live support sessions on Google Meet - Tamil on the second Sunday, English on the fourth Sunday

We receive many requests for support, fixes and demos of Sithars Astrology software. To answer everyone properly, we now hold two live online sessions every month on Google Meet: in Tamil on the second Sunday and in English on the fourth Sunday. Bring your questions, problems and ideas - we will discuss them together, on screen.

Duration: about 30 minutes.

What we discuss

  • Questions - how to use any screen, report or setting in the software.
  • Problems and fixes - installation, activation, printing, language or calculation issues.
  • Demo - a live walk-through of the software and its editions for new users.
  • New features - tell us what you need; we note every request.
  • Developments - what we are working on now and what is coming next.

How to join

  • On a computer: open the meeting link in Chrome or Edge. Nothing to install.
  • On a phone or tablet: install the free Google Meet app, then open the link.
  • Sign in with your Google (Gmail) account if asked.
  • Join a few minutes early. Keep your microphone muted until your turn.

Before the session

  • Send your question in advance by email to sitharsastrology@gmail.com - questions received earlier are answered first.
  • Keep ready: the software edition and version, and your registered mobile number.
  • For a problem, take a screenshot or a photo of the error message.
  • Join from the computer where the software is installed, so you can share your screen.
