When you try to open the sithars astrology application and if you recieve the above issue it should be because of the Visual c++ (VC_redist.x86.exe or VC_redist.x64.exe) is not properly installed. For some reasons Sithars Astrology requires both VC2015 and VC2019 to be installed.
